Immunologial assessment of the period of early neonatal addaptation of low-weight newborns

Most often, in connection with spontaneous labor activity, there is information in the literature about the active participation of the following cytokines in this process: IL-1, IL-6, TNFa, IL-8. During pregnancy, stable production of TNFa and IL-6 indicates the absence of dependence of their content on the duration of pregnancy, fetal and placental weight, hormonal shifts in the pregnant woman’s body and other physiological processes of gravidar restructuring.

Objective: To study the cytokine status of newborns born to mothers with preeclampsia and hypertension.

Materials and methods. 120 newborn children were examined on the basis of the Bukhara Regional Perinatal Center (BOPC), which were divided into three groups. All newborns underwent general clinical examination methods and cytokines IFNy, IFNa in urine and IL-6 and IL-8 in blood serum were determined.
